General Vladimirovich Gennady Anashkin , born in 1968 in Samara (formerly Kuibyshev), became the new commander
in the occupied Karabakh region of Azerbaijan.
The Russian President Vladimir Putin appointed him for the criminal activities of the Russian forces in the South Caucasus (in the Azerbaijani Karabach) where it has been occupied by the Russian forces.
General Gennady Anashkin, just because of his military activities in the expansion politics of Russia, has been rewarded and admired by Putin.

The Armenian Defense Minister congratulates lieutenant general Gennady Anashkin on assuming of the new post as the new occupying commander in the occupied Azerbaijani territory in the Karabakh region.
Mr. Karapetyan also wishes the new Russian occupying general Anashkin more success in the implementation of all sorts of Russian military aggressions, the Russian unlawful actions in assisting the Armenian separatists against Azerbaijan, violation of the international laws and also ignoring the tertitorial integrity of Azerbaijan in the Karabakh region.
